Tim & Laura
August 7, 2014
Laura's hand lovingly brushed the daisies, as we walked the garden path, where flowers blossomed, "Mom would have loved these daisies, her favorites. She is here with us now." This touching moment has remained with me. Laura shared her special day with her mother. Mom's spirit guided Laura down the path to her waiting groom.
Vows were exchanged in the garden gazebo, followed by a mountain reception. Raspberries were freshly picked that morning. They now sat a top a chocolate wedding cake. Champagne and sparkling apple cider were provided for the toast given by their four children as they became a blended family.
Tim and Laura's photographer for the day, local Skagwegian, Paul Murray, stayed with the family, as they boarded the Fraser Train back to Skagway, taking more photos of their wedding day. This day, from garden to mountain then back to Skagway via train, was indeed, one of the most beautiful days of this summer.
